No, it does not. It focused on the total sample of mergers, whose average rate increase was 1.2%. The 5% folks were too small a segment of the sample.

My preliminary reaction is that the authors could have used your input in the peer review process. If someone has not already, I hope you can forward this essay so the team can respond. I would like to see a reply to get their reading of your insights.
